Refund and Cancellation Policy

Subscription refunds

Refunds are available for the first paid subscription purchase only:

• Monthly subscription: within 7 calendar days.
• Annual subscription: within 14 calendar days.

Renewals and later subscription purchases are non-refundable, except where required by law.

Cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time. After cancellation, paid access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Unused subscription time is not prorated or refunded.

Onboarding support

Personal Onboarding Support is refundable if cancelled before the scheduled session begins. It becomes non-refundable after the session has started.

Requesting a refund

Email support@portblend.com from your registered email address and include the purchase date. Approved refunds will be returned through the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider and your bank.
