These Terms govern your use of PortBlend. By using PortBlend, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase a subscription. You are responsible for protecting your login details and providing accurate information.

Service

PortBlend analyses historical NAV and price-series data supplied by users. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of uploaded data and for decisions made using the results.

PortBlend provides analytical and educational software only. It does not provide investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, brokerage, trading, portfolio management, or custody services. Historical analysis does not guarantee future results.

No Investment Advice

PortBlend provides analytics, reporting, visualization, and educational tools. PortBlend does not provide investment advice, investment recommendations, portfolio management services, or recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any security, asset, strategy, or portfolio allocation.

Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions automatically renew monthly or annually until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, and paid access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, bypass usage limits, upload unlawful content, interfere with security, or attempt unauthorised access.

Availability and liability

We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free results. To the extent permitted by law, PortBlend is not responsible for investment losses, lost profits, lost data, or indirect losses resulting from use of the service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka will have jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer rights.
